The international Master of Global Management program wants to gather students from all over the world to study in an open, international and practice-oriented environment in the heart of Europe. The program combines broad management training with in-depth skills. It prepares students for general management functions and provides them with a basis for a successful career in international management.

Target group

The program Master of Global Management addresses recent university graduates (or students with equivalent degrees) who want to pursue a career in an international business environment, either for a local company with important business activities abroad, or for multinational companies. Students should be fluent in English. International exposure is definitely an advantage.Surplus valueGraduates from the program Master of Global Management will have acquired a sound basis in the theory and concepts of all major functional areas in management and its strategic implementation. Additionally they will have been trained in a variety of communication skills and business attitudes, e.g. multicultural communication, entrepreneurship, negotiations, self and group assessments, creativity, perseverance, teamwork and leadership.

Learning outcomes

The Master of Global Management program is designed for students who want to enhance their hands-on management skills and competencies in an open and international environment.

The program focuses on:

• deepening the participant’s knowledge of management functions;
• the integration of knowledge and skills required in key managerial responsibilities: leadership, people management and long-term planning;
• strengthening business skills, e.g. entrepreneurship, perseverance, motivation, emotional intelligence and initiative;
• the development of social skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills and the capacity for teamwork and leadership;
• an examination of global issues from a European perspective highlighting technological opportunities for innovation, change and progress.
