The traditional and vested MBA content is still highly valued and rooted in the program: we deepen and broaden your conceptual knowledge of the business, stretching you beyond your given specialist expertise into the realm of strategic thinking and acting.
Consequently, basic principles such as management accounting and control, financial management, business economics, marketing, strategy and analytical thinking, still constitute an essential part of the course.

In a´modern-age`MBA, knowledge creation equally means: profound investigation of the value creation process in your company; understanding the role you play in the market; defining your business and redefining its identity in order to survive; correctly managing the customer portfolio; and tapping into the innovative power of your organization in the quest for sustainability.

Finally, our MBA supports the huge need for Global Leaders in Business: individual participants are trained to learn and experiment with personal growth, in a safe and trusted environment. Our MBA features a unique personal development track in 7 face-to-face sessions with a personal executive coach. Your personal learning facilitator will help you analyze and apply your assessments, support your development strategy and discuss specific business issues that are important to you, while maintaining complete confidentiality.  

The MBA is a unique ground for discovery and self-confrontation. It enables you to understand your behavioral mechanisms, mental maps and collaboration preferences, allowing you to get to the core of your performance and leadership capabilities. Finally, it gives you the opportunity to expose yourself to Global Leadership challenges by delving into international business issues, tackling multicultural behavior, managing globalization & global processes…

Target group

A part-time MBA typically targets professionals with management experience, who want to stay professionally active. Our participants are from the profit, non-for-profit or public sector and associations.They may be entrepreneurs, self- employed or working in smaller firms and multinational corporations.

Our candidates have

• successfully earned a first Master Degree
• applicants holding a 3 or 4-year professional/bachelor degree, are also eligible under certain conditions 
• at least 5 years of business practice
• a strong ambition to grow beyond their current roles and responsibilities in a specific specialty or domain
• self-critical, open minds and very positive learning attitudes

We appreciate a supportive attitude for the MBA from the participant´s employer. Support can be time based, financial sponsorship or access to company information but most importantly should include, a positive outlook for potential growth.

We ensure that classes include a broad range of participants with diverse backgrounds, experiences and functions and from a variety of companies.
