THE 3-D Approach
“Nothing is more practical than a sound theory properly applied”, according to Prof. dr. Bill Reddin. To teach managers how to fill the gap between theory and practice, he developed the training 3-D Managerial Effectiveness. The approach during this intensive training programme may best be described as ‘Action Learning’. In small teams, managers are confronted with managerial issues and realizing objectives, as they encounter them in their daily practice. Together with their team members, they find that they need all their combined knowledge and experience to complete the assignments successfully. Good teamwork is considered to be one of the keys.

getting the best out of people. • Output Management: defining the

"The course provides an excellent overview and hands-on approach to managerial styles and situational diagnosis and management. The concept based on long days accelerates the learning. You meet very competent people in the training. The trainer Jan Pieter is a very experienced leadership development professional, but his role in this concept is purely as a facilitator. The rather time-consuming pre-work assignments are fun to do and prevent unnecessary time waste during the actual training. In this case, training is training, and not being lectured.
Finally: the location in Garderen was beautiful, with excellent food.
