Wat betreft details t.a.v. van Techniek (opslag , koppelen / integreren, visualiseren etc.) heeft nog aandacht nodig. Wel goed dat er vermeld wordt dat juist het koppelen en integreren van verschillende BRONNEN een hele belangrijke factor is (Risico t.a.v Budget, Felixbiliteit en doorlooptijden van BIG DATA projecten). "This course was really interesting. In terms of content and organization with practise exercises and plenty of opportunities to interact with the coaches. Unfortunately it was to short to take time to go into details of each part of the course. "Inhoud is goed, fijn dat je ook aan de slag gaat in plaats van alleen theorie. Soms gaat het wel wat te snel waardoor je de draad kwijt bent. Vond vooral het oefenen met de dierentuin goed. Je leerst snel de stappen van scrum. Ook de gemaakte puzzels gaven veel inzicht in scrum. Misschien handig als iedereen nog een handout krijgt van al die plaatjes in de puzzel. De hand-out die we nu hebben vind ik niet heel duidelijk. Gaat voor mijn gevoel van de hak op de tak, zit geen structuur in. De trainer heeft veel kennis en beantwoord goed je vragen. Locatie was niet heel eenvoudig te vinden (eerste keer), dat kan ook aan mijzelf liggen.

"Goede training, trainer, locatie en verzorgen. Er was voldoende tijd om vragen te stellen en voldoende variatie in behandeling van stof. Ook het uitvoeren van de opdrachten heeft bijgedragen.
Wat beter kan is dat de training meer aansluit op het examen wat direct na dag 2 uitgevoerd moet worden. Doordat er geen tijd is om nog wat extra aandacht aan de stof te besteden, moet alle kennis in de 2 trainingsdagen in het hoofd zitten. Aangezien het examen heel veel detailvragen heeft was dit voor mij geen eenvoudige opgave. Ik heb begrepen dat er ook geen noodzaak is (scrum.org) dat het examen direct aansluitend wordt uitgevoerd, waarom wordt dan niet de keuze geboden aan deelnemers om zelf te bepalen wanneer men het examen wil doen. De kosten voor het examen zijn al voldaan. Of richt de trainingsdagen en lesstof zo in dat de kans om het examen te halen groter is." - 09-02-2017 00:00

"The preparation of the training, in particular the registration of the personal learning goals was the day before the training, which I consider a bit too short notice. My goals have not been completely addressed, I expected to get more information on how to bridge the gap between the agile theory and the practice. In our business (with tight IT budgets and high business innovation demand ) budgets, control and accountability still play important roles and these topics should have been more discussed (there was little time for discussion as it was a condensed day). Agile to me doesnt mean there is no more accountability and a financial business case remains important: I expected to get more tips on that side, how to work agile in business innovation, whilst still being in control (efficient and reliable reporting tools). The role of the controller in Agile pictured in the training is quite remote from the role of the business controller in the company. On the positive side the training provided a lot of food for thought and new insights on improving effectiveness in innovation. It requires a cultural change and I feel better prepared to help to bringing this change about." - 03-02-2017 00:00
