"Quality of the trainers as well as the content of the training is excellent.
Suggestions for improvement:
1) The pre-knowledge and experience of the participants was very big this made some parts of the training less efficient. Please consider to take the pre-knowledge and experience into account in the composition of the classes.
2) Training room:
- bit small compared to the group size.

"Training was good. The Gladwell Academy is very professional and trainers tend to have a bunch of experience.
The reason why I'm not giving 10 is because of the content of the training; the course focuses mainly on the Scaled Agile Framework and not that much on the roles, which is what I was expecting. Eelco is een zeer ervaren trainer en gebruikte goed de slides maar daarnaast ook veel interactie en veel praktijkvoorbeelden, enerzijds vanuit de deelnemers maar vooral ook uit zijn eigen praktijk, dit was zeer waardevol. "Top: locatie, voorzieningen, lesmateriaal, groepsdynamiek, persoonlijke verhalen van de trainer.
Tip: een te grote groep, dag 2 anders in delen (duurde echt heel erg lang), meer tijd pakken zodat iedereen zich kort (naam, bedrijf, rol) kan voorstellen. Dagelijks starten met de agenda en eindigen met wat iedereen ervan vond.

"Trainer was top, ik vond echter de groep te groot. Locatie en al het geregel eromheen was super. Het blijft een uitdaging om 3 dagen lang de aandacht erbij te kunnen houden, maar de trainer heeft hier zijn best voor gedaan en dat is ook aardig gelukt.

"Eelco is een heel gedreven trainer, die niet enkel de theorie goed beheerst en kan uitleggen, maar ook kan putten uit een uitgebreide praktijkervaring waardoor hij met heel veel nuttige praktijkvoorbeelden de vele vragen kan beantwoorden. "Brede inhoud (zowel theorie als praktijk), prima ervaren trainer en goede uitleg. Fijn dat er weer op locatie les gegeven kon worden. Dagen wel erg lang. "I really like the coach, Roland. The communication style, willing to listen the advise from us, and respond to us.
Regarding the training content, I got the pattern which attracted me, and have reflection from myself.
Another main point is the expectation to leaders, how to delegate but not manage it myself, this is my lesson and learn, and need to improve later for myself.

The pace of the session was great and I especially appreciated the split in small group then the plenary session then again small group etc..
