The PRINCE2® Practitioner training is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to manage projects using the most commonly used method in the Netherlands, PRINCE2®. This training focuses on practical application of People, Principles, Processes, Practices and tailoring which together define the method. Our fully certified trainers, who have extensive project management experience, provide insights into both theory and practice. We also prepare you for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam, ensuring you feel confident about passing the exam and obtaining the highly sought-after certificate for project management.

Voorvereisten

Participants should have a basic understanding of project management concepts. The Prince2® Foundation certificate (version 6 or 7) is mandatory for taking the Prince2® Practitioner exam.

Doelstelling

At the end of the training you will be able to:

• Prepare for Change in the organisation.
• Tailor the roles in the Project Management Team.
• Make a product based planning.
• Manage Issues and Risks.
• Set up a risk analysis.
• After sufficient self-study (at least 20 hours), successfully pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.

Exameninformatie

This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
