Scrum is the most widely used framework for Agile software development. The simplicity of the Scrum framework itself is in contrast to the complexity of applying it in reality. One of the key success factors of Scrum is an effective Product Owner. This training focuses on the roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner, covering topics such as product vision, product backlog, user stories, and releases. We provide practical tools and discuss common practice situations to help you become a successful Product Owner. Prior to the course, you should follow our e-learning Scrum Basics and study the Scrum Guide. After completing the training, you can take the test for the worldwide accredited Professional Scrum Product Owner Level I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org online, at a time and place of your choosing. In preparation for this test, you will receive a set of sample questions to practice with.
This is our own Scrum Product Owner training, which is especially useful if you already have some (theoretical) knowledge of Scrum. We also offer the more extensive two-day official Professional Scrum Product Owner training from Scrum.org.
