Inhoud

Successful development of solutions requires a structured approach to dealing with stakeholders. It is important to involve them properly so that needs become clear and choices are broadly supported.
This training is especially for the business analyst and product owner who find themselves confronted with (groups of) stakeholders that need to be taken along in wishes and goals. You will learn a number of practical techniques that you can use immediately to identify stakeholders and analyze their role and influence. We will also reflect on developing an effective strategy for stakeholder engagement. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to practice the various techniques during the training.
