"Before taking this course I was in doubt which course to take based on my specific needs.
-I wanted practical focus on facilitation skills, not theory.
- Developing SCRUM Master skills, not just repeating theory.
- Vision and plan how to apply right SCRUM in my daily.

Huge variety of providers did not help :) I made it even harder to choose the right one. To cut long story short I happened to notice Matthijs, emailed my concerns to him and received prompt and valuable response that turned to video call where I was able to have all my doubts clarified! I was charmed with Matthias openness and proactivity!
I did not expect remote course to be done so live, engaging, not boring at all!
Matthijs did great job, training went smooth, it was clear that big preparation work and rich experience stands behind that. It was also a great role model of good facilitation, open, positive, flexible to challenges, adopting his reactions during the course, courage's to say 'no' :) where necessary!

At the end my demand was fully fulfilled! I raised many questions during the class and was not ready to give until received complete answer :) Special thanks to Matthias for encouraging questions, driving discussions deep still keeping group dynamics safe!
I also enjoyed our group much, it was small one, 4 people in total. So we received almost private class! :) Had opportunity to get into small and important for of us details. I felt there was no hindrence from the digital part of this training, it felt quite natural and working with applications as mural was both functional for the training and helpfull for the trainees to see agile working in action.
