1. Baseline Assessment

We offer a free phone consultation with one of our Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT), who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master, to assess the current skill level and discuss goals with expert advice.

2. Incompany Training

Participants receive a professional theoretical and practical incompany training in Dutch or English, or in Dutch with the English Office software (customized), at your location. It is also possible to provide your own practical materials to be used in the training.
Your organization invites participants via email.
We look at the target audience and learning objectives, and in consultation, we select the appropriate MOS Master instructor and matching course material (if desired).
Weekend or evening training and laptop rental are also possible.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the incompany training, there is an evaluation, and participants receive a certificate of participation visible in their user profile via our LMS system or app. With this app, all OEM Office E-Learning Menu participants can edit their LMS profile and view/download their certificates.

4. Reference Material

Our practical course books explain in detail all the different functions of Microsoft Office, for example. These books are ideal for anyone who wants to work faster and more efficiently and get the most out of Microsoft Office. The books contain hundreds of pages and include practical exercises and cover all topics.

5. Aftercare

For up to 3 months, participants may email questions to the instructor about the content of the incompany training—by arrangement.
