A new approach to managing change

Discover a fresh method for navigating change with ORSC Intelligence: A Roadmap for Change. Accredited by ICF, it's part of the ORSC series for coaches, leaders, and professionals. This program equips you with a potent toolkit to bolster emotional resilience during change. Embrace change's inevitability and significance, as adeptly navigating it stands as a vital trait within thriving human relationships.

During this three-day course, you’ll learn how emotions affect human relationship systems and how you can help others establish “locus of control.” By sharing this deeper understanding of change with others, you learn to help them embrace the idea of change as a natural phenomenon that is essential to any relationship system’s growth and development.

You’ll learn to help others face uncertainty with dignity and wisdom, moving from Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence to Relationship Systems Intelligence. Here are some of the topics we’ll cover:

• Learning the 7 keys to fostering change through fluid, agile coaching
• Techniques for managing emotionally intense situations within relationships
• Using change management theory to enhance team and organizational resilience
• Models like Deep Democracy, which enhance your awareness of group dynamics

Training days

The Intelligence course is three days long. On the second evening of the module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment before the first day of the module.

Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.

This course is delivered by Competence, part of Schouten & Nelissen: licensed partner for ICF-accredited international programs in the field of Coaching & Leadership.

The maximum group size for the training course is 26 participants.

ICF accreditation 

This program is part of the ORSC™ Series, CRR Global’s ICF-accredited Coach Training Program. By completing this module you will qualify for 18 Continuous Coach Education Units from the International Coaching Federation (18 ICF CCEUS).  Competence Training Institute is the exclusive partner of CRR Global and offers the ICF-accredited ORSC™ programs in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Virtual via Zoom.

Certificate

At the end of this course, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in an 18-hour ICF-accredited training program.

The price of the training course is € 1.815,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Payment method

You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.

Facility costs

The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea, and a varied lunch varies depending on the country where the course is held:
