At the end of this 9 days ROOT training, you will have developed a coaching attitude, and the competencies and the tools to coach others. You discover how you can obtain the best from the other in a targeted manner. You exercise in exploration, development-oriented questions, direct communication, results orientation, structuring the conversation and confrontation. Extras: extensive feedback, a toolbox. The ROOT is part 1 of our ACTP program “ROOT-GROW” that leads you to ICF certification on ACC or PCC level, without having to pass a separate exam at the ICF.
