Design Thinking allows you a new outlook on problems. The combination of creative and analytical thinking gives you new insights and ideas. The course Design Thinking offers you the possibility to work with this yourself. You discover what’s essential in generating user insights and how to translate these into personas and customer journeys. Then you learn how to transform the most promising ideas into a prototype and how you set up experiments to test your prototype. Finally, you get to define the conditions for a successful implementation.

Target audience:
The course is for everyone working on experience: marketing

Pre-education:
For this course, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is
