The BiSL foundation training is primarily intended for information -and functional managers, but is also intended for all other employees within the organization that are directly or indirectly linked to the functional management organization. Participants will gain knowledge about the different BiSL process groups, BiSL processes and BiSL terminology. Our training provides insight in the BiSL framework and the BiSL process structure. We deliver practical tips and tricks for implementing BiSL in your organization and allow delegates to more easily propagate the BiSL methodology within the organization. Furthermore, those that take this course will be well prepared for taking the official EXIN BiSL exam.
