Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt Selfstudy

During the Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt training you will learn methods and techniques used to identify, analyse and reduce problems in processes. Additionally, you'll learn how to apply improvements together with the colleagues in your organisation.

The GreenBelt self-study allows you to study at your own pace, in your own time and at the place you prefer. With the multitude of exercises and assignments in the training package, practice and theory can be combined even when away from home. In addition to this, you have access to an experienced Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt by phone for 2 hours. This way even the most pressing questions can be answered.

Who should enrol?

The GreenBelt training targets executives, project leaders and consultants from the services sector or government institutions who get a pioneering role within Lean Six Sigma improvement projects in their own organisation.

What can you do after the training?

After the training you'll be capable of independently starting a Lean Six Sigma project and bringing it to a successful end. You'll be able to apply the various tools and techniques and be able to translate the theory to your own work or project environment. After this training you'll understand the impact changes will have on colleagues and the organisation and you'll understand the benefits of continuously improving your own workflow.
