1. Baseline Measurement

Before the training, we offer a free phone consultation with our Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master, to determine the skill level and discuss training objectives with expert advice.

2. Incompany Training

Participants receive a professional theoretical/practical Incompany training in Dutch or English—or in Dutch with English Office software (customized)—on location at your company.
It is also possible to provide your own practical materials to be used during the training.
Your organization sends the participants the invitation by email.
We assess the target group and learning objectives, select the appropriate MOS Master Trainer and suitable course material in consultation (if desired).
Weekend or evening training and laptop rental are also possible.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the Incompany training, an evaluation takes place and each participant receives a certificate of participation, visible in the participant's user profile via our LMS system or App. With this App, all participants of OEM Office Elearning Menu can edit their profile and download/view their certificates of participation.

4. Aftercare

For 3 months following the training, participants can send questions related to the course content to the trainer by email, in consultation.
