"Enthousiastic trainer with good program in life training. I'm undecided if it really had added value over training by change management colleagues. It felt also a bit artifical, that the trainer mentioned several times that the organisation asked to add ADKAR to the training, as if there was not full alignment. Actors is not my thing, but i feel this was beneficial. Less happy with the online session, little added value of an external trainer there. Timing might not have been right." - 31-10-2025 11:03

"I think it is extremely useful to train with an actual actor, and I liked learning more theory, that we could then apply afterwards. I also think the training was well-tailored to the group's needs. Maybe taking one or two full days would be even more impactful, not doing example cases once, but 3-4 times, to really see the effect of applying different strategies/frameworks/theory. Also I would recommend to always start with the theory in training one (not two), since then we could have used it twice. Lastly, I think it would be helpful to take a look at the level of a group and maybe split the sessions in this was not the first training in my life and it felt like the mix between very junior people and more experienced people was a bit large." - 30-10-2025 16:58

"I just finished the team coaching training and honestly, it was a really valuable experience. The sessions were interactive, practical, and got everyone involved. I especially liked how we didn’t just talk about team coaching in theory we actually practiced it through exercises and discussions that made things click.

The trainer created a great atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable sharing and reflecting. It really helped me see how our team communicates (and sometimes doesn’t!), and gave us tools to handle that better.

What stood out most was how relevant everything felt no unnecessary fluff, just useful insights we can apply right away. I’m leaving with a clearer idea of what I can do personally to contribute to a stronger team.

"In my job I follow many trainings and I have to say that this one was one of the better ones. To me it is always better when there is a lot of interaction and the trainer makes me think about the subject instead of just ‘teaching’.

We practiced a lot and reflected individually as in a group. By doing this I found out that my preferred coaching style is sometimes too directive and by now I learned to use more solution-focused coaching. Great result!" - 12-10-2025 15:15
