"Het onderwerp spreekt me heel erg aan. En gelukkig ook vaak de gelegenheid gehad om na te denken hoe we dit in het onderwijs kunnen inbrengen. Dag 1 vond ik persoonlijk niet zo goed. Veel te veel theorie en te weinig opdrachten. Dag 2 was veel beter en ook relevanter. Feedback uit dag 1 is door trainer Renate goed opgepakt. Zelf leer ik vooral door te doen en concrete voorbeelden te krijgen. Soms vond ik het iets te abstract en dan land het bij mij minder goed. That comes at the cost of having to rush through other sections of the training but thats a normal trade-off for putting focus where people struggle or need more information. The training doesnt cover what you can expect in SPC exam.
The time spend in watching the SAFe tutorial of the My SAFe environment, was a waste of time. I guess that SAFe has it in the training mandatory :-(

"An excellent introduction into SAFe. It was held at a very good location. The trainer was very engaging and very experienced. The setup of the training could have benefited from a bit more structure, an agenda/schedule kept/shown and explained during the entire course. The use of different learning formats was great, videos, quizzes, excercises with participants, explanations of the theory, participants cases, use of whitepapers on the walls. When showing different parts of the framework on the screen, still the entire framework picture was used which led to major parts of the screen blanked out and only small parts of the screen used. Better is to zoom in on the SAFe level explained and use the entire screen for that level which helps readability also. Connection with Scrum was made, which was great. "de training was informatief en interactief. Dus TOP, maar de echte feedback kan ik pas geven na het examen.
Mij bekruipt tijdens de training (mede door de oefen examenvragen) dat er stof op examens gevraagd wordt die niet expliciet uit de theorie volgt. Ik heb het gevoel dat er valkuilen zijn, maar dat ze niet allemaal benoemd worden.
Ik kan een voorbeeld geven: er was een examen vraag over hoe teams samen moeten werken, waarin naar mijn mening uit de scrum guide verschillende conclusies getrokken kunnen worden.
1) Het team moet omdat ze zelfsturend zijn zelf in contact treden met andere teams.
2) scrumteams mogen niets buiten de PO op het bord zetten, dus de PO
3) volgens invest moeten acties independent zijn, dus geen samenwerking
