"I liked the entire planning( venue, well planned coffee breaks), course pace, sync between two coaches, spread of four day planning and the support of gladwell, plus the jogging concept and the first day drinks concept

What could have improved
- room size n a/c
-lunch menu( not so great)

- Create Table of contents in the course binder

"Inhoudelijk goed. De stof werd duidelijk en begrijpbaar uitgelegd in combinatie met praktijkvoorbeelden. Het niveau was dan ook prima. De trainers zijn zeer bekwaam, geduldig en behulpzaam. Ze geven je het gevoel dat je alles kan vragen, zelfs de vragen waarvan de antwoorden vanzelfsprekend zijn. Bij de training was alles tot in de puntjes geregeld, je kreeg zelfs een kladblokje van Gladwell. Ook was de lunch bij Bagels and Beans een hele fijne toevoeging op de training. "Liked:
- interesting en complete content, lot of interaction and exercises, good trainer
- very tight schedule to complete all the items in time. Because of that the trainer sometimes seemed in a hurry. Because of that we did not always have time to do an exercise truly good, and valuable group discussions sometimes were stopped.

"Opportunity for improvement : during the first 2 days we accumulated a bit of delay, which then led to an acceleration in the next two days, not permitting to cover the subjects with enough details, and leaving a bit "too much material" for self-study in order to effectively prepare SPC exam.

Went well : in certain situations the classroom was not completely following despite not explicit complain nor request for clarifications, and the most senior instructur was quite smart in detecting the general disconnection and proactively stopping the explanantion to let doubts emerge and clarify them" - 23-07-2018 00:00

"I loved thr exercices and the conversations around it. What could be improved is:
- a lot of material to be covered in 4 days, maybe shorten it or add a 1/2 day to absorb the leading safe training.
- to much slides reading. The first 3 days of the course were to much listening to the instructor. Maybe 75 procent teaching and 25 procent doing or practicing would be more useful for participants than sitting 6 out 8 hours." - 20-07-2018 00:00

"- Leuke trainer met een sterk begrip van het framework, die dit ook praktisch kan uitleggen.
- Training besteed wel heel veel tijd aan Scrum algemeen, waardoor iemand die een basis scrum of agile training heeft gedaan en wat meer verdieping op de rol van de PO wilt wel erg veel herhaling krijgt.

I liked less the location, the first 2 days didnt meet my expectations, the last two were OK.

"The trainers were very good. Quiet in explaining the substance. Tip: use more flipcharts and draw what you mean.

"Both trainers (Marijt day 1, Niels day 2) lead us through the training material well. Niels put the material more in the bigger picture (esp. as we had to recap the day 1 material because of the 2week gap between day 1 and day 2. The organization of location, room en catering was excellent. The timing can be improved so that every 1h-1h 30 min there are short breaks. The instructor was new to this course, but he was well-prepared, open and very knowledgable.

"I understand now that a company at our size will face lots of challenges while pursuing to implement SAFe. It will take several months if not years. The participants of the training are working for ExxonMobil for long time and the I expect that the content of the training was different what they are used to. Many of them were told that we will change our work environment and were forced to take the session, so some of us were really in defense mode. They were critical with both the trainer and the content of the course.

My opinion is that Abram could understand well the participants and their way of thinking and tailored the covered material whenever it was possible. He highlighted the parts where we were interested and mixed well the textbook with the real life examples.
