"Goede verdeling van materie over de twee lesdagen, wellicht iets te veel scrum algemeen en te weinig PO specifiek, maar als dit representatief is voor de examenstof is er niets mis mee.
Tempo prima, veel mogelijkheid om eigen voorbeelden in te brengen en te discussi?ren over praktijk... hoewel een proefexamen doen op de tweede dag na 4 uur toch wat pittig was.

"I think the training should include people with the same level in SAFE. In our training people working with SAFE and people learning about it were mixed which ended up in misalignment in the expectations from this course from the participants.

The training was a bit intensive the first day. Maybe a different arrangement could work better (4,5 days instead of 4.. )

"The first 2 days are the same as the Leading SAFe, a course I already did, so it was a bit repetitive. it may be worth to review the training journey to avoid this.
The second 2 days are dedicated to the roadmap, and when going to the Portfolio level, I had the feeling SAFe does not provide a complete and reliable framework as it does for the Team and Program levels.
The trainers were very good, enthusiastic, engaging audience, etc. Fully recommendable, as well as having two trainers help audience to keep the engagement, and trainers to rest :)
Games and dynamics: Kahoot cool one, videos so so, games done in the training so so too.

"Leuke en leerzame training, leuke en inspirerende docenten en groep. Docenten zijn echt betrokken en gemotiveerd om kennis en informatie over te dragen. Er is ook goede interactie tussen docenten en de groep dus het is geen verhaaltje dat afgedraaid wordt maar de lesstof en het tempo worden aangepast aan de behoefte van de deelnemers. Verbeterpunten:
- Gebruik leeromgeving: daar kunnen in principe alle info en resultaten op gezet worden. Of helemaal wel of helemaal niet gebruiken maar nu was het af en toe wat er tussen in, paar keer presentatie of opdrachten via email verstuurd, maakt het beetje rommelig.
- Feedback op opdrachten: fijn om wat sneller na versturen feedback te krijgen: goed/niet goed, zo mogelijk inhoudelijke feedback zoals die ook nu gegeven wordt. Zou helemaal gaaf zijn als bijvoorbeeld de integratie opdrachten ook weer in de training zelf op een of andere wijze terugkomen.
- Was wat onduidelijkheid over examen en certificering. Begrijp dat de certificering van de opleidingen ook nog niet helemaal rond is. Dat is jammer want voor mij als ZZPer wel belangrijk dat ik papiertjes kan laten zien. Post HBO is op zich prima maar niet helemaal gelijkwaardig aan erkende/standaard certificering." - 23-11-2018 00:00
