"Program incl. trainer and tools were generally good and I could get what I was expected. We got worng paper textbook and got digital version at the end of 1st day. "Niveau van de trainer was goed, tijdens discussies merkte je dat hij boven de materie stond en veel kennis heeft.

"The provide content is huge, maybe too much for a 2 days training, taking the exam (certification) will require some study and time which is sometime difficult with our busy lives, but we dont get anything without effort right?
The trainer was very good, clear, patient and really took the time to answer all of our questions.

"I appreciated the interactivity of the course and the constant request of the trainer for our feed-backs on
our understanding and/or need for further explanations/examples. I liked the games or team exercises very much as this is for me the best way for the training to stick in the brain. The trainer was very clear in his explanations.

"The location and catering was very nice. The meeting room was well equipped. The material presented was good. The coach was very friendly and very willing to answer all our questions.

Well aware that it is a complex topic and a group of 12 people is highly dynamic in terms of discussions.

"The content of the course was relevant and there was a good balance of theory and practice during the course. However, there is an improvement opportunity for structuring the content, for example showing the big picture before starting a new chapter to remind the participants of the holistic view and how different chapters are related as a coherent whole. Also it would be good to consider knowledge and familiarity level of all participants. "Global content of the training really good. Trainers with experience.
To improve the training and enable us to re-work the exercises after the training in order to prepare the exam, you could have asked us to work on a concrete common case and to re-use it for all the exercises done (PI planning, implementing Lean Portfolio, identify value stream, launching ART...).At the end of each exercises, you could have provided 1 possible solution. (even if several solution were possible).
Besides, limiting the number of people to 15 could be good to keep interesting discussions and decrease the noise.

"I have much appreciated the course.
However there were too many persons, and the room was not fitted for discussions (too noisy). It has decreased the quality of the exchanges.
Additionally, at the beginning, the course was led by 2 instructors, 1 in front of us, the other behind us. it was inconvenient, as it required we turn frequently to face the one speaking." - 17-01-2019 00:00
