"Pros: I really liked the course. The trainer had quite good experience in the topic that heped to better understand how such a theoretical topic works in real life. I liked that we had a small group, because there were time to answer questions. I liked the role plays that gave me more confidence in what we learned.

Things to improve:
Maybe because we spent lot of the time with questions and role plays the last few hours become a rush over the the presentation and we may skipped more than it was planned.

The trainers were inspiring and had a lot of experience in change-management. There was room for questions.

Tips:
It would have been nice, for example, after course day 1 to immediately do an online business case or exercise. This has the advantage that what you have practiced during this course day can apply immediately.

There was a student who constantly asked questions about situations within his company and that sometimes went too deep. Occasionally this caused irritations.

"I liked the way of thinking (design,diamond (more options)), like Stephen COveys book - Third alternative. Always look for all the options, discuss them, rule options out en dont be bothered with those againh working on solutions. "The trainer was the best Ive had for a SAFe class. If he had been my instructor for previous classes, I feel I would have been more prepared for those exams. I passed previous exams, but I still felt like I didnt understand the material as well as I wanted to. After taking Alis class, he was very thorough and explained things very well. "Ik ben scrummaster en daarom was de eerste dag grotendeels herhaling. Dat was helemaal niet erg, want herhaling is altijd goed en ik merkte dat ik bepaalde onderdelen vergeten was of niet meer zo scherp voor ogen had. Ook de gesprekken met de andere cursisten die niet zoveel ervaring hadden met Agile was waardevol.
Gedurende de 2de dag werd de relatie gelegd naar het onderwerp (financiele-) controle. Dat was nieuw voor mij en erg waardevol.
Goeie afwisseling tussen theorie, discussie en games.
Lunch om de hoek was perfect, even een frisse neus en in een totaal andere omgeving.
