I feel that our trainer had a good balance between speed and amount of in-depth information, because I already have some experience with Agile and SAFe. "Andres Janssen is knowledgeable and experienced in SAFe, he still requires to be more adapt to the training material. He trained to often from the training book. He lacked the engagement with the trainees. It was too big of difference in style with Eelco Rustenburg. Personally it took me more effort to understand Andres what he is trying to explain. The support material could be improve, in color and get some pictures to make it more attractive and easier to remember. "While I thought the instructor was a solid and brought a lot of excellent practical experiences to the material to help give the theory a bit more substance, I am disappointed in the actual slide decks of Gladwell. They do not seem to match the study guides and missed substance. The course material was also too heavy for the time we had, and there was not a way to spend enough time in the actual examples or role playing to really try to work out kinks. I also did not feel that the material was suited for Leading teams, but felt more like informational on SAFe and not on being a leader within SAFe.
