"The first 1/3th of the course was really good given. Just explaining the scaled agile framework based on the picture. And not just going (boring) through the slides.

"I liked the interactive and practical parts much better than the theoretical parts. And therefore I liked the second day much more than the first day.
It was a good learning experience and also much fun to construct a customer journey map together.
Some parts of the theory can simply be left out (e.g. I hope you do not need to convince people anymore why it is important to be customer centric) or be kept much shorter (e.g. the story about prototyping/testing was not so relevant for us). Of course there will still be elements of theory, but even then the trainer could try to make these parts a bit more interactive (e.g. ask the audience what they think, whether they have examples etc) rather than a monologue.

"Good mix between theory and practice. Also very useful to have different companies and functions attending the training. This results in interesting discussions and information sharing. "Eelco Rustenburg is an extremely great coach/trainer, I was impressed by his knowledge and real-world examples of how RTE-activities can be done. It was a lot of information to cover in 3 days but Eelco succeeded in keeping the energy up. All in all, I can only describe the course as very good. The location (close to public transport) was also great, the room might have been a little bigger with 20 people attending and everything (including snacks, fruit, coffee en lunch) was very well catered." - 16-02-2018 00:00

"The location was very convenient for those travelling and staying in the recommended hotel. The staff at Gladwell were very friendly, extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The coffee machine was very slow and people often had to queue for a long time so another machine would be a good idea. The trainer, Nickie is quite knowledgeable and very patient, bringing all participants along and engaging throughout the whole course using different channels like quiz, real-life experience, case studies etc.

"Theorie was helder. Soms ging het te snel en te veel Engelse termen. Maar de trainers waren voldoende flexibel om het programma aan te passen aan de groep.

Dynamic between the trainers was good. Location/Planning/Support etc. was all good.
