"Overall excellent course. Very densely packed however, so by the end of the second day, could kind of tell that people were starting to struggle a bit. Maybe did need to be that densely packed just to get all the info in.

Feedback that we already talked a bit about during the course was surrounding the exercises - it did put quite a bit of pressure on one person that the value mapping was based around. Could a pre-defined example be used - so all people can concentrate on learning the agile concepts rather than having to think up the detail to put on the post-its? Pros and cons are clearly there as we discussed. But worth recording somewhere.

Some examples were used to try to help describe concepts (experience from NXP or ASML or whoever) which at certain times were good - but sometimes didnt quite hit the mark and maybe went into too specific details or too specific people even which made it almost harder to understand what was trying to be explained without the full picture that you guys have.

"Ik vond dat Renate een mooie balans vond tussen theorie en praktijk. Ook luisterde ze goed naar de vragen die gesteld werden, vroeg ze door en beantwoordde ze iedere vraag. Het niveau was voor mij in ieder geval precies goed. Ik heb heel veel geleerd.
Een verbeterpunt is wellicht het terugkomen op de leerdoelen die we aan het begin van de training geformuleerd en besproken hebben. Wat ik ook interessant zou vinden, is meer informatie over een aantal zaken om later terug te lezen, bijvoorbeeld over SAFe.

"Een interessante training met een gemeleerde groep vanuit meerdere bedrijven. Mijn ervaring met het SAFe framework is weer een stukje groter geworden. De ruimte voor de training vond ik niet ideaal. Het is aan de kleine kant voor de de grootte van de groep. Wat betere stoelen zou ook fijn zijn. Ik had nu rugpijn na de 3 dagen training. De trainer is zeer ervaren op het gebied van SAFe. Tip:

1. If we restrict questions from the parking lot only, we could save loads of time.
2. Please make available the course content early if possible.
3. The course instructor was well prepared for the 1st day of course. It can improve for the 2nd day.
4. Please use slides and not boards when the whole group is sitting on chairs. Only because it is not visible from back.
