Content

Strong communication starts with yourself, whether it’s at work or beyond. Everyone stands to benefit from effective communication skills training. During our one-day communication skills course, we show you how to get more out of interactions with others in the workplace. You gain a deeper understanding of how others perceive you and learn techniques to minimise miscommunication.

Throughout the course, you gain practical insights, exercise your communication skills and feel the impact right away. In just one day, you become a master of listening, asking probing questions and giving feedback. The course covers verbal as well as non-verbal communication topics. It also includes topics like intonation, projection and body language.

The following subjects are covered:

• Practising valuable techniques such as listening and asking probing questions
• Understanding how verbal and non-verbal communication reinforce one another
• Learning to give constructive feedback
• Bringing structure to conversations

What does the training look like?

The training course consists of an online kick-off and 1 block of 1 day.

The maximum group size for the training course is 14 participants.

Certificate

On completion of the training course and subject to attendance and active participation, Schouten & Nelissen will award a certificate. Our certificates are highly regarded in the business community.

The price of this course is € 845,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. Instead of a 21% VAT charge, you only receive a 10% fee. Your course price will then be € 929,50.

Course material

The price for the course materials is € 76,45 (excl. VAT). You will receive:

• Personal licence for learning environment
• Feedback waaier (Engels)

Facility costs

The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and a varied lunch is € 80,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
