This course is for experienced coaches and coaches who have completed the ROOT/GROW program and already acquired an important coaching experience.

N- For professional coaches who can prove 200 hours of practical experience as a coach and have the level of Professional Certified Coach
- For those wanting to continue their professional growth after the ROOT© and GROW© training.
- For professional coaches who want to learn to coach at identity level.
